Tyto podmínky se řídí a vykládají v souladu s německými právními předpisy a všechny spory vzniklé v souvislosti s těmito podmínkami budou podléhat výlučné jurisdikci příslušného soudu v Německu. Pokud bude jakákoli část těchto podmínek považována za neplatnou nebo nevynutitelnou, zbývající části zůstanou v plné síle a účinku. V případě rozporu mezi přeloženou verzí těchto podmínek a anglickou jazykovou verzí má přednost anglická jazyková verze.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Germany. If any portion of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these terms and the English language version, the English language version shall control.
