Estos términos están gobernados y escritos de acuerdo a las leyes de Alemania y todas las disputas relacionadas con estos términos deberán enviarse a la exclusiva jurisdicción de la corte competente en Alemania. Si cualquier parte de estos términos resulta ser inválida o inexigible, las porciones restantes continuarán teniendo pleno efecto. En el caso de haber un conflicto entre una versión traducida de estos términos y la versión en idioma inglés, prevalecerá la versión en inglés.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Germany. If any portion of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these terms and the English language version, the English language version shall control.
